The yoga class schedule has been modified. I hope you find the class that fits your needs for your health and wellbeing.

Morning classes: Mon/Wed/ Fri/ Sat 9:00 AM hatha yoga all level
Evening classes: Mon 6:30 Introduction to Hatha Yoga
Tue 6:30 Hatha Flow II
Wed 6:30 Hatha Yoga
Thu 6:30 Hatha Flow II-III
Thu 7:30 Restorative Yoga

Argentine Tango for Beginners Tue 7:30 pm partners not required

Thursday morning hatha yoga will be reinstated with pre-registration, call me if you are interested. 956-761-YOGA

Margaret's belly and hula classes are closed until the January '08 session. We are learning a choreographed dance and anyone wanting to join at this time would have missed over half of the session. So best to wait until a new session begins in January 2008 with a new dance.

Samantha's pilates classes have been postponed until January. Her university schedule and those requesting pilates were not in sinc this fall. However the tuesday morning healthy back class is incorporating some pilates so come on and join us.
